‎Raw Vegan Protein Bars

2 Cups Sprouted Buckwheat, 1 cup popped Amaranth, 2 cups Hemp Protein, 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, 3 TBSP Chia Powder, 2 TBSP Gogi Powder, 2 TBSP Ascai Powder, 2 TBSP Maca Powder, 1/2 cup Cacao Powder, 1/2 cup Raw Honey, 2 tsp dulse, 5 dates chopped, Handful of Pecans, Pistachios, Coconut flakes, Agave Nectar and/or blackstrap molasses to make it wet enough to shape.

Add only a little bit of the Agave Nectar and/or blackstrap molasses at a time so it does get to watery in consistency.

Spread into put a a piece of wax paper and shape it into a square of whatever thickness you choose.  I usually do about a 1/2 inch.  Freeze for a few hours.  The cut into whatever size you want.

Store in the freezer or refrigerator.  Will last weeks.

Variation:  You can pretty much substitute/add anything that is not a liquid.  Experiment with what you like.
