Weight Loss- At ParsonsTraining we do not promote diets, drugs, supplements, or surgeries. We combine exercise and an eating plan that allows you to enjoy natural foods made from nature which leads to great health and permanent weight loss. Sixty PLUS+ Life is meant to be lived to its fullest. Retirement should be full of activity and fun. Nutrition Coaching- Learn how to plan a simple and healthy diet to maximize your health. We offer three nutrition plans: a 60 day personalized diet plan, a 90/10 food plan, a whole foods plant based diet plan. Shopping trips, kitchen makeovers, on-site or on-call.
